BL motor for E-Maxx -
10.24.2006, 10:21 PM
I am looking at getting an E and want to go BL right away. I have a Mtroniks Truck ESC already and want to use it in the E. What motor would run good off of 12 cells on this controller? Thanks!!

Any other suggestions that would be fast with my controller?

I would recommend a Neu motor, but I'm not sure if the Mtroniks can run a 4 pole motor...

Yes and would like to stick with it due to money restrictions. I do really like the Mamba controller though, my friend has one and it is very sweet.
Would the 8XL keep up with a 4.5HV running off of 12 cells in an E?

spaz163, the 8xl is more than twice the power of the HV maxx.... so you wouldn't have a problem keepin' up... use good batteries....
The Power of BRUSHLESS!!!!!

1HP (electric) = 746 Watts.
Everything is brushless!!
