Seems to be a lot of these lately... - 04.05.2007, 03:54 AM

As usual the pics aren't that great due to a camera phone. I always have a hard time making the wires looking "clean" but it will do. Thanks to mike for the motor mount and battery tray and to everyone here for always answering my questions. I have a TrueRC 3s in there right now but a 4s is on the way! I will get a real run on it tomorrow when there is light and my battery should be getting in. Let me know if there is anything that doesn't look right or may pose as a problem. Thanks

Looks very good. Did you just buy the motor mount from mike's store? Or was it custom made for you?

The battery seems closer to the spur gear than my liking, but it may only appear this way in the pictures. Anyway, great job!!

LOL, I thought it was the CRT.5 until I saw that there was a 125B over the servo. :)

I don't know why you say the wires don't look clean, because it looks good to me. Very nice!

Looks nice. What mah TrueRC lipos are you planning to use? You said 4s, but how big?

Very clean. I can hardly even belive how much extra room there is on the chassis.

I can't decide if its more fun
to make it...
or break it...

think the blacks on the camera don't show very well but that is where the wires are. i am running 8000mah batteries and yes it's mike's motor mount and battery tray as mentioned above :)

the 4s2p came in today but by the time i got home it was already dark. i couldn't wait so i dropped the battery in real quick and did a 5 min run. Man this thing hauls :)! I am very impressed at the way this thing handles. It drives better than my e-maxx by far, of course.

I have a minor glitch with the radio but not sure why. i accidentally cut off the antenna near the receiver but did solder it back on (thats why you see red heat shrink on the antenna). the sportbec is at least 2 inches away and i'm running the 3pk so now i gotta figure out what is causing the glitch.

I will get a video sometime next week

That sounds great. Glad that it is working well for you. I don't know what could be causing the glitch...
