bad expierence with VXL ESC - 02.01.2008, 08:50 PM

I have a stock Rustler VXL with a MaxAmps 8000 3 cell LIPO, the first time I ran it went fine than it died after about 35 mins I thought it was the LVC and the next day I charged the battery and it only took about 2500mah, I use the Hyperion 5i charger with thier LBA6 balancer, and a 6 amp power supply, tried to run and I had servo movement but no forward or reverse. I discovered that 2 of the 3 leads going from the ESC to the motor, and the neagative battery had come loose. The female 4mm connector was still connected to the male had come disconnected from the ESC, I think this might have happened when I had a few wipeouts during the run session, I have since ordered the Mamba Max ESC and will relocate the ESC to the bottom chassis.
