RCX pictures - 04.20.2008, 10:53 PM

I didn't take that many pictures, since I was mostly asking companies questions and looking at all the awesome stuff there. But feel free to ask me any questions about the show, because I talked to the reps from just about every major company. I'll do my best to remember what they said.

Got to love RC license plates:

I am just in love with this little set up. It is in the Associated booth every year for RCX but it just looks like so much fun to drive on:

Novak conversions:

4wd baja 5b... absolutely sick:

Love the 6x4 Baja. Great pics. I saw videos of demos on that track from last year. It was impressive. I want one.

Edit: More pics. Nice pics of mikes booth. Extended crt .5 arms and the fabled sliperential. Nice.

Hey, nice pics! Any chance you asked Mike when the slipperential will be released?

Did he happen to mention any estimated price for this little piece of artwork?

He actually did not unfortunately. What he did say though was that he still needs some work on it because at the show, it had a 52 (I think) tooth spur on it, and it said he will be changing it slightly to fit a regular 46t spur to fit most buggies/truggies.

Mike_D - I asked, but they didn't give a definite answer. They were kind of just guessing/estimating...

Cool. Im really liking the extended CRT.5 arms- looks much more like truggy. Did anyone ask Mike about the slipperdifferadjusterential, or the centerdiff mount for the gmaxx chassis by any chance?...

Right now it the slipperential has a 50T spur and uses Revo slipper pads. Mike is going to machine his own composite pads in order to make a 46T spur work.

BL Revo: CF G2R, LMT1940/7, 6S FP 30C Lipos, MMM, Hitec 5955TG
CRT .5: 7075 Ext Chassis, LMT1930/7, FP 25C 3S Lipos, MM

What's up jnev, cool to meet you at the show too!

I really don't like doing it this way, but I did a full writeup of the show over on URC that wound up having well over 300 pics, check it out here, if you would like. I would re-post it here, but it ended up taking 3 separate posts on URC, and it'd take a while. Still, if the demand is there, I'll do it. :)

Hope he still offers the 50t gear, would be great for a truggy conversion, like the hyper st that is sitting in my R/C room!
