This build reminds me of Jessy James's old show on Discovery "Monster Garage".

I can't wait to see this thing action before the on board wire guided missiles ignites the napalm storage system.

Yaaaaa I got some of the needed parts today:

1. Fully Auto 6mm paint gun
2. (1) 9mm air tank & (2) 4.5mm tanks
3. (1) electronic hopper that feeds (18) balls per second and holds 200 shoots
4. (1) flex thing pipe thing to relocate the tanks
5. (1) case of 2000 shoot paintballs

Stay tuned as future updates will include:
How to cut down and modify a full auto paint gun to fit an 1/8 Truggy (removing the hand grips, cutting down the barrel, relocating the gun electronics and MORE!)..

I’ll hopefully have two experimental video completed this weekend

Rocket and pod testing
Fully auto testing

Thanks for your time and have a great one

Shaun.

I still need a name and number of a custom frame fabricator (any suggestions??)

P.S.
Most importantly I got new bottle of Ketel One (Good times tonight)

Have a great weekend everybody..

Can the 6mm paintballs be used in a 6mm airsoft gun? Just curious because if so I think these RC tanks with airsoft guns and paintballs would be a blast.

Good luck on the rest of the project! Looking forward to the updates.

Hay Josh,
No worries Sir and THANK YOU that’s exactly what I'm going for!. “the most unique rc I have ever seen”

I’m looking forward to the 19th (I think we are still on for that date) and with 3 working builds to brings and crash it should be a blast.. Thanks again for Big RED…

This thing sounds more like a BattleBot than an RC. I'm interested to see how it turns out. Make sure you have some video running for the maiden run. Somehow I foresee some serious carnage due to some sort of misfire.

That’s funny, No I built the outside bunker because its between 70 -85 degrees all year long (ok it rains 14 days a year in OC) LOL.LOL

Actually I like the sound of battlebot, I jumped on there website and found some really cool ideas… “Somehow I foresee some serious carnage due to some sort of misfire”. Let’s not go there shall we LOL.LOL

Have a great weekend Sir and thanks for the positive feedback ( I think ) HHaaa.. I crack myself up. Sorry…

Hay Jordan..
Actually I saw you reading the thread and I kind of figured that you would leave a comment, Lord knows if this was your project, the things I would say.. LOL.LOL.LOL

Exactly I don’t know why but apparently I’ll be the first to build a gull wing, eight rocket, 200 round fully auto, smoke bellowing battle truck. Go figure.. LOL.LOL..

Have a great one Sir and I hope your recovering is coming along as fast and painless and possible..

Post some vids of your build!!! For god sakes.. LOL.LOL….

Yes BL_RVO I cant spell to save my life (thanks for pointing it out) I;ve changed my sig as suggested.. and Yes I’ll be running badlands on the final version (no tracks though).. I'm still not sure if they will be 40s or Truggy tires (TBD)

Thanks for stopping by, I always enjoy your comments.. and I'm looking forward to seeing you on the 19th.. Your still good to go for that date right ???

Hay TEX…
I don’t know to be honest with you ?? I’ve visited several Paint ball stores and I’ve asked for the smallest, lightest, fully auto, electrically controlled gun they have and it the same response keep coming back as this gun.. It should be blast and keep an eye open for the test vid this Sunday..

Have a great weekend sir ..

Forward progress is being made…

Lets start off with this picture, it works on so many different levels.. LOL

Here are some pictures of what I'm starting with and what I'm soon mod.. “mad scientists” howl here LOL.LOL

Ok lets see now that the guns fully together what does it weigh ?? OOhh it weights in at 2 lb 4.2 ounces (not bad) but I think we can better.. let see

Ok here we have the main gun assembly, disassembled with all stock parts

Nothing!.. Hahahahaaa..

Getting into the guts of the gun.

Showing the (bottom LINE) here is what it’s all about, this photo shows the firing mechanism (small slated sliver piece on the left and the selector switch (Blue button) (semi and auto) I just love this stuff, when you brake it down to it’s simplification form it’s not really that hard to get it wrong..

Here we have the grip (stock / before)

OOhhh that hast to hurt.. LOL.LOL (IE) what is this bozo doing ??? HHHHaaaaa

Ok it’s time to do some actually figuring now, (I knew I shouldn’t have had that third screw driver!) although I think it’s still looking good at this point and it’s time to decide Too cut or not to cut “that is the question” LOL.LOL Sorry I’ve had a few at this point..

Nothing!.. Hahahahaaa..

Ok, now that I’ve found the basic location within the Truggy it’s time to complete the gun mods. Here is what I'm starting with at this point.

WOW that’s cool and went together nice, what does it weigh at this point and how does it fit on the Truggy ??? lets find out LOL.LOL (sorry still drinking at this point)

WOW it’s only 1 lb 10.2 oz fully read to fire.. HHHHmm the stock system weighed in at 2lb 4.2 oz and the mod weighs in at 1 lb 10.2 oz… (this is where you need to ask yourself) is it worth it to destroy / MOD a $175 gun to save 20 oz ?? .. Me this is life of the unknown, YOU now with this knowledge make the call.. (I'm such a giver you lucky bastards) LOL.LOL

Nothing!.. Hahahahaaa..

Just and FYI ( you benefit from my learning / cost experience here).. these photos show the weight difference between the 9mm and the 4.5mm bottles.. I wasted money but who know ???.. Now you do and don’t do what it did.. Get the 9mm bottle..

Lessened learned… the short stem system does not work (GRRRR) so needed to re-

install the flex system.. this works great within the Truggy and still allows it to stand upwards.. (go me, go me, go me)… LOLLOLLOL… Sorry still drinking..

Ok here we have my (heavily modified XT8) LOL.LOL with 4s weighing in at a ginger 9lb 6.4oz

Add on the modified gun and CO cartage to the Truggy and we at a total weight of 12lb 6.2oz (not including the hopper or paint balls)

Stay tuned or please come back for the continuing saga of the battle Truck IE (can this bozo actually pull it off).. LOL.LOL..

Next update will include such pictures as mounting this bad boy to the Truggy, installing a servo to controller the trigger mechanism and first Video of it test run..

Have a great one guys and thanks for your time

Nothing!.. Hahahahaaa..
