My rc10gt converted to bl.... - 11.06.2009, 12:58 AM

Here's my rc10gt converted. I used gt2 rear arms, mamba monster esc with a mega motor 2550kv and venom 3s lipo. Gearing is 24/38 mod1. This thing flies and is a blast to drive. Vary stable at high speeds and still wheelies on command. Gonna try and get some vids tomorrow. On to the pics......

Here's a link to a vid.....

And the carnage after.....

It was a fun project. Even more fun to drive. lol The body wont last long though if I keep running it as it's a hardbody.

Nice work on the RC10GT. When I saw the straight road in the video I was wondering how the carnage came into play. Chasing cars again weren't you? lol I've tried of few of those hard tops off Nikkos and various others and they sure do make a awful sound when they are skidding down the road on there tops. Get everyone looking out the windows on that. Once again nice coversion, and quit chasing "Parked" cars. What tires are those?

The tires are from a hen long Mad truck. They don't balloon much til it's really rippin. lol Yeah the regal body has to go as it does make top heavy and ads alot of weight. It was just the only 1 I had to throw on for now.
I don't know what it is but I do love runnin down them cars. The 1 I raced with last time was a state patrol and the look on his face was priceless as I flew by him. I wanna try it with 4s but my pack won't fit the batt space I have. Guess I'm gonna have to get some more lipo's. Oh honey...... lol

And here's some carnage shots from the end of the vid crash.....

Ended up breaking both rear arm mounts and the front c hub and 2 ball cups. The damage looks worse than it is. lol
