I don't run MS Outlook or MS Internet explorer. I sent Mike a series of E-Mails over a couple of months without reply using the contact us function on the site,
Serum advised someone else that was having trouble contacting Mike to use
rcmonstermike@gmail.com instead, I used that one and Mike replyed the next day, he hadn't received any of my previous E-Mails.
Have another go with that address, it gets transfered to the same inbox at Mikes and worked for me.
