1st place on my G2R - 05.13.2007, 09:37 AM

I finally toook 1st place on the monster truck class consists of nitro revos, truggies. 3 heats 5minutes on the first two heats and 6 minutes on the last heat.I'm using quark monster pro with hacker 9XL on maxamps 8000 mah lipos 4s.I did not even re charge my lipos on those three heats where other trucks likethe truggies barely made it on 5 minute race and on 6 minute race without running any fuel .:027:

Great job man!

Yes lets see that "troffee":) I like that spelling, much better than trophy ;)

The problem with nitro's these days are that they arent brushless... LOL

Congrats!! Do you have a picture of your truck at the track, or just the track for that matter?

thanks for all the compliments guys,I will take pics of the track with my truck running it is just to find someone to shoot it. or take videos and put it on google website. Unfortunately it was a fun run so no trophies are given but i got trophies that I've won before I can take it and show it to you guys. This is definitely where the future is going.Brushless will dominate but then again practise is the biggest upgrade you can do and practise is definitely the mother of all skills.

Congrats man! That must feel good sticking it to the nitro guys! ;)

I'm curious why you never ran your Neu at the races? :031: :005:

iI did have thermal issues when the temp here in Indiana went up I just got the bigger spur gear from Mike to lower the gearing for the NEU but i haven't had the chance to put back in.I bet it will get it fixed after that for the NEU motor runs cooler than my Hacker 9 XL.
