I'll be going on Saturday and I'm glad to hear there are a few other poor drivers going so I don't look
too bad. I'll be bringing my Revo that I've never raced. The closest I've come to racing is driving on the Barnstormers track for ~45min on the warmups before some racing (didin't have time to stay for the race.) Its a lot harder than bashing :)
I started getting the jumps down and learned to brake far earlier than I want to, but I never got the rhythm section worked out, and I had a horrible tendency to clip the back wall on the long straitaway, of course towards the end at full speed..... Only managed to pop the pillowballs once tho.
I had CFs on, they seemed good FWIW while it was wet. The track did tend to dry out alot, but its been quite a bit cooler in Chester (70s), so hopefully that will help.
It may rain this week too
If I get a chance to get my rustler fixed I'll bring that for some jumping or other mayhem.
