We expect 5s. 6s is pushing the edges of the specs, but these are very impressive fets that have been performing extremely well under extreme conditions. We won't really know until we test it in the final configuration. It works on the bench, but we have not hammered it in a car. The higher voltage with the lower kv motors has a pretty good chance unless we are really trying to go a lot faster and not just getting there with a different combination.

We really hope racing settles out with 4s. When you look at car handling and race lengths and 4s 5000mah to 6000 looks pretty good.

thanks for the update. currently i run 5s with a 1577kv motor. I am not really looking to go faster, but would prefer to do it with a higher voltage setup. maybe something like 6s on a 1400kv motor.

Yeah, I hear you - the higher voltage setups with the lower KV are very nice. Although I have to say I love my 4S setup in my CRT. It just works awesome.

On a side note, I've seen the Tekin guys running these prototypes at our local track a few times and they're not blowing smoke. Their setups are flat out running flawlessly. Too bad I just bought a new MGM

I'm really glad to see things coming along. I have long been awaiting this controller. I do, however, have to admit that I'm a bit disappointed that 6S may be beyond its limits.

one of there earlier post says they are running a 1515 1y on 4s. so a neu shouldn't be a problem.

Yeah, it seems that the RACE between Castle and Tekin has already begun before the products even ship!
