i'm still running stock slipper on my truck and looking for a better slipper as I have to run the stock one without any slip so it doesn't melt... what slipper do you guys with the e-maxx tranny uses? Thanks for your help...
Working on:
Twin CF GorillaMaxx (8S motors on 2x2slipo)
2WD AL. GorillaMaxx (7lbs with batteries)

I dont think so because i would need the shaft and pin to work with that slipper. I looked at the t-maxx upgrade kit and unfortunatly they dont do one for the e-maxx... maybe soon as there new e-maxx tranny isn't compatible with the old chassis...

Strobe would be a good one. Email Mike for one to see if he has one?

does the kippster slipper use 32pitch or mod1? I didn't get a strobe yet because of the mod 1 and I already have all my pinion in 32 pitch :(
and i'd love to see a pic if you can! to see if it would fit with my gorilla mount.
thanks for your help

ok I just read in a post that the kippster uses 32pitch, if this is true than I'm really interested...also how does it compare to robertson racing as I read reviews of RR not being much better than the stock one.
thanks

The Kippster is almost IDENTICAL to the Strobe, but uses the RRP spurs instead of the Ofna. It will fit no problem. The pads are even made out of the same material as the Strobe. As you probably know, the RRP comes in 2 sizes, I even have both sizes.

can you still get pads for the kippster? cause it's discontinued right?
would I be better with the Robinson racing one?

No, pads are hard to come by. Same as the Strobe. Personally, I would go with the Kippster or a Strobe. A RRP is just as bad as a stocker. If you set it up right, you shouldn't need pads for a VERY long time.
