New Old E-LSP conversion

Hi,

Just thought I'd share my E-lsp conversion. I've had this kit for a while (maybe 1 year+ at least) & did the conversion with 9920, 7XL & 5S. This setup did not work & subsequently, I converted back to nitro & left it to rot.

A few months ago, I bought some HV stuff to put in my custom CR-X1 but I'm still working on to get someone to machine the custom parts. Anyway, I decided in a moment of boredom to put the HV parts into the lsp. After a couple of night's work, this is the result :











It's a conversion kit from MR. Constructor from Germany. The new power system includes a BK3695, 12Xl & 8S 4000mah battery.

Thanks. Yes there is a kick-up in the front. I did inquire about the diff instead of a slipper quite a while back. he said he can do one although I never bothered to followup.

The way I look at it, I'm more interested how the power system holds up. I am hoping for lower amps & therefore lower heat.

I was actually about to leave the house for a bit of a bash at the local track but right on cue, the rain came hard.

Yes, the wiring is what one would call a rat's nest. I'm kind of a messy guy & this reflects my character (better not let the wife catch me saying this )
