Iron Maiden "Eddie's" KLR 650 gaz tank - 02.05.2008, 12:46 AM

This is the bike tank that i'am to paint for a friend. I'am just to the firt stage, the black and white build up.
Tomorow, i'll start with the colors.

WOW! That is some crazy work. I've been starting to get more nto the airbrush thing so I know the skill that takes. What kind of brush and compressor are you using?

Thank you guys!! I've 3 airbrush, Iwata HP-C+, HP-B+ and eclipse HP-CS.
And for the compressor, it's a little one with a one gallon air tank, i've bought it at home hardware.

another awesome paint job. I would keep it black and white too. That looks sick already.

but...that paint job may be worth as much as the bike itself...

I paint it for free, that's a pub that my frined will make to me, because it's my first "real" paint job that i make on a vehicule.

that's why i mentioned the paint will be worth as much as the bike...regardless of what you charge him.

you're a great friend! that's one incredible paint job, and free to boot! are you thinking of charging for bike/car custom painting on the side? you can make a TON of money doing that. i've seen what people who don't have half your talent charge!

I vote custom painted shells & sell themn on fleebay- they sell for a small fortune. i'd love to do that for a living = work from home, be your own boss etc etc....
