6s lipos with kontronic esc

Any input for this set up 6s lipos (1 3s lipo on each side) on my revo ,Will this be good for racing? with hacker 9 xl motor?

I don't know this controller, but it's lot of $$$ and look at the size:

Weight: 7.8oz (220g) with cables
Length: 3.3" (84mm)
Width: 2" (51mm)
Height: 1.4" (35mm)

That's not big at all. Look at the Schulze 40.160, now that's a huge controller. The Power Jazz is an awesome controller for Aircraft. I heard it works well with pistol radios and some guys are even using them in their boats. Great features and if you truck, buggy or car has mechanical brakes, go for it, but I would go for at least 10S lipos.

Mechanical brakes are a must with this ESC! Otherwise the insta-brakes of the ESC will kill your drivetrain.
