hey guys i am looking for some help with my quark 125b monster pro esc, where can i have this item service ? quark in the US told me they do no longer service this item please help anyone thanks !!

That's odd. I wonder why they won't service it anymore in the US? That's not sounding too good for Quark's future in the US market. A few years ago, they replaced my broken 125b for free, and turnaround time was fast.

Sigh...this is yet another reason to wait for the MMM.

Wow, if that is true, that is not a good sign from Quark. I thought if a product got discontinued, the manufacturer should be able to offer replacements for at least 5 years.

Be sure to email Quark a few times I ended up sending 4 email before any response.I also sent a pic of my Monster pro 125 along with the email since mine burnt to a crisp.And they sent me a new esc form Korea.

Dang... Thats really disappointing to hear. That was what made Quark such an appealing option was the local US service and fast response.

I think johnholms said something about this not to long ago and this is just a unfortunate confirmation we didn't want to hear.


I can't decide if its more fun
to make it...
or break it...

yah, guys thanks for the reply i did call quark (sky & technology) and they told me to e-mail the factory over over sea and now to await a responce. if anyone has a different route please advise thanks

Hmm, I mailed mine to somewhere in cali and they sent me a new one, no calls or emails, just had one show up. Good service, but I guess they changed that?! It can't have been more than 3 weeks ago that I received it, maybe less.
