Integy Aluminum Knuckles Question - 09.10.2005, 09:55 AM

How do you get the screw end things to stay in the aluminum knuckles? I am talking about the screws that hold the pillow balls in place. I tried using some thread lock and it didnt work, what else can i try?

Try some thread lock. They make some special caps for this. They have o rings on them. I say try thread lock. Let me know if it works.

Integy has them as well. Mike should be able to hook you up. I don't have none handy. When you tried lock tite. Did you the locktite dry? It takes 12hours for it to set up good. I know the directions tell you differently. Just my exiperence. If I let it set for 12-24 hours. Seems like it holds a lot better. http://integy.automated-shops.com/cg...26105600439.58
Try this site. Should help. Give you and idea anyway.
I take it you got tired of the rpm junk.

Did you check out the site? I hope it helped. Just have to wait until you get them though. Down time sucks. I have tore the teeth off one of my gears in tranny. One truck will be down.
