The 8t will always be superior to the muggy on the track. ALWAYS. So if your trying to out do it, don't waste your money. If you just want a great do everything basher/racer,t hen it's perfect if you get a new chassis and bracing (depending on which chassis) as they have serious tweak problems stock when you jump them.

For racing you may want some alloy knuckles and rpm a-arms too. You'll find them under LST

I read in an Adam Drake interview he runs the plastic RTR shock bodies on his Muggy to save 400 gms (almost 1 lb.) in weight.

E-CRT.5 Monster - RCM chassis, MM/Medusa 50x3300/3s, truck tires, 1/8 shocks
E-CRT.5 Stock - Sidewinder/4600/2s, buggy tires
E-8ight - Tekin RX8 2000kv/4S
E-8ight T- Tekin RX8 1700kv/5S

I don't have any purple motors, unless this looks purple in this picture

Big Maxximum on 6s = flippin crazy power (literally)!

This is a Plettenberg Big Maxximum, actually blue (bad camera-phone pic).

As rschoi_75 said, the post by Haldir shows a Fiegao XL motor, which is purple.

With the exception of the purple zip-tie, that looks so factory its unreal (get some nice HD velcro, works like a charm). Definately got plenty of speed and power, and smooth through out. Got any more topless shots from a few different angles? I love that shell, very..... green :D

Well, I had given up on the pletty because the mgm had issues with it. But I plan on trying the MMM with the pletty when my MMM gets back from repair.
