On the last page of the HV-110 manual, it shows that you can set the switching frequency from 13kHz, 26kHz, and 52kHz. Was this setting changed, or have you tried different settings?

Not sure really. You might want to try another setting. But the manual does say motor inductance plays a role in frequency selection, so maybe call Castle and see what they say for your particular motor.

Well, if you take it easy and watch ESC/motor temps, probably nothing. If you get excessive heat, I'd back it off...

Just a thought - soon to be shot down in flames by Brian's elec engineering knowledge - but you could try a ferrite ring maybe on the esc lead...

Swapped in the Turnigy and made a good bit of difference. So looks like the HV110 puts out some serious RF. The Turnigy has a ferrite ring on it though so maybe that helped it...lol. At this point I'm just wanting more range and I got some back, but still not what I want.

I'm thinking of going ahead and switching to the Futaba radio anyhow. Just want to make sure I'm not leaving some range on the table. They don't have the range anywhere near my stock emaxx with the stock AM TQ radio when it was on the truck. I want that kind of range back again.
