Hi guys,

Just thought I'd post some bashing pics. The rain has passed & the guys are starting to warm up to nitro bashing around this homemade track. there will be a race on the 1st of May, the first for this year. We had a lot of fun :

Joe Ling

Unfortunately, I'm the only electric 1/8 guy in town & possibly the world island . I'm trying to be a good ambassador & the guys are taking it in good humour. I suspect it will be a while before this catches on though.

Regards,
Joe Ling

PS : more photos I took a few weeks back

Hi,

The 2 bajas belong to my friends. The guy driving the orange one is a boat racing champion who's into building his own boat & modding the engines etc. I suspect that the exhaust is from one of his boats. If I'm not mistaken, he is still using the oem engine from HPI. Under WOT, these things make a blood curling noise. Damn loud & macho. Unfortunately, they are only 2wd & handling is quite a handful (from my observation).

Regards,
Joe Ling

The racing looks like fun and the photos are great, but all of that smoke is nausiating to look at. Go green, Go brushless and make life better for all of us. Keep up the good work and don't give up on convincing them to change over. Anyone can be CONVERTED, because it just makes sense. It's easier to deal with, it's cleaner, and it is less work overall at the track. Good luck with that.
