I don't know who else tried to spin the shaft on the MMM motor but it was REALLY hard. Looks like it will have a hell of a ton of torque.

The servo is for changing between 1st and 2nd, just like the e-maxx. It's not automatic like a nitro trans, so it doesn't have a one way bearing, otherwise that e-revo, and the e-maxxes would need mechanical brakes.

It would be nice if traxxas could figure out some sort of servo actuated auto shifting 2 speed. Some sort of sensor and and cntroller to shift the servo.

Sounds like a mod to the Optidrive would be perfect...

Im going to wait until something like this available with modifications. That thing is wicked. It has everything I want short of lipo batteries.
