well the 1.5d is 3300 kv! so i will be spinning at like 47000 i think, geared 11/48 it will hit 46 easy, temps stay around 145 motor, 150 speedo

Not bad, What weight diff grease are you using in all three diffs and can it wheelie with a center diff for you?

you know what i got the roller used, never had any of the diffs out, wheelies like crazy tho, theres prolly 30k in there, feels like it, i put the 1515 1y in there for the time being, mm is at castle for it, from my truggy, its insane! with a blip of the throttle i clear the triple here and then some!

i would like to here about it, i got the 1.5d from a guy i race with for 150$ with ten races on it, an amazing deal, i just gotta get another pinion now lol, i love supporting mike!

yup thats what i was in a hurry to sell the medusa for, he listed it on rctech, i pmed him and he gave me a lower price cause he thinks im cute, lol jk, but ya for a little over what i paid for a medusa i got a hell of a motor

Running a 1.5D on 6S would make 73260rpm, 5S 61050, 4S 48840. 150F for a speedo is abit on the high side

The RTR 8ight comes with just grease in the diffs so it would be best to change them ASAP. I am about to try out 5/10/2 on mine

the mm at 150 really doesnt bother me, especially in race conditions, and with only one fan, i might think about putting one on the bottom of the case also

Just got my custom delta 5 rewound 600xl in the mail today. Looks like its going to be the perfect motor for the 8ight on 5-6s.
