Looks to be a Carbon Fiber G2.
It is not a G#R because that is the Revo chassis.

All the G2 and G3 parts are indeed interchangeable. The G3 has a 3mm thick chassis, and the X-braces arent hollowed out- heavier but stronger. You can buy all the parts seperately from GorillaMaxx if anything is damaged or busted, so no worries there.

the guy who is selling this stuff is asking 300 for the jato and emaxx.. I am trying to decide if is worth it.. It doesnt sound to bad to me but I don't know... any opinions?? I really want an emaxx but am debating whether it is better to buy a 3905 for that price.. the G4 looks pretty cool.. I like the layout compared to the older one..

A jato and emaxx for $300?, bargain. The emaxx has stock electronics worth about $80-100 on ebay, and some other minor upgrades its seems, so not bad for that price. I prefer the central motor mount of the new emaxx, but the old tranny is fine with a few choice upgrades, so comes down to personal taste really.
Even if you did buy the new emaxx instead, ideally the bulkheads and skids need upgrading to alloy and Ti items to improve the durability. I dunno what to say really...

G2 battery plate has sides bent up a bit. G3 is straight
looks like G3 (or G2 with G3 plate ;) )

G2 and G3 alloy battery plates have edges curved upwards, G2 and G3 carbon fibre battery plates are both flat. I would be able to give a definate answer if I could see the rear upper plate from above- the G2 and G3 have different different designs...
