Anyone or any tracks in SanAntonio, TX - 07.20.2008, 07:29 PM

We'll be in San Antonio tomorrow and staying for a week was wondering if there were any good tracks to do some testing and practice with my xray????

You can try Toys for Big Boys on Nacogdoches Rd. or Full Throttle Hobbies on I10 in Boerne. It really depends on where you are staying at but I like the people at Full Throttle.

do these shops have tracks? or are they just hobbie shops?

Both of these shops have dirt tracks. If you are looking for an asphalt track, try Hobbytown USA on Austin Highway.

Do they allow open practice during the week? i have no need for asphalt lol ill have my brushless xray buggy.


btw we will be staying Downtown by the riverwalk which of these would be the closest, and which one has the better track?

I think they are both open for practice runs with a donation. Toys for Big Boys is closer to you but Full Throttle Hobbies has a more technical track. Give Full Throttle a call at (830)537-5061, they are very open to new people and their track is very new. The trip up I-10W is not that bad.

thanks for the info, might be stretching it here but i wouldnt be lucky enough for either of these to be indoors would i? lol
