motor for MBX5 - 08.15.2008, 02:12 PM

I just got a MBX5 I'm going to convert to electric what size KV motor should I get? I looking at a Medusa 36-60. Is this a good choose? I'll be runnng the mm on 4s.

Sounds good, get the 2000kv model for 4s.

linc is spot on for 4s , i'm running the 1600kv on 5s .

One more question. What gearing should i shoot for with the 2000 kv motor? I'm really looking for run time and quickness not blasting speed, but it would be nice. I have 2 2cell pack at 8000 mah. thanks agien should get this project going soon!
