Nice work there gimpygolden. That battery position is what I'm aiming for when I get my custom RC-Monster battery tray. Come to think of it, I should probably order that :D
Is that carbon fiber that you've made the ESC mount and servo mounts out of?
Thanks, Yup it's carbonfiber with a blue Texalium top layer.
Got it from http://dagraphite.com/ for $10 6''x8'' piece.
With the 5000mah pack it feels a little front heavy but with my 3700 it pretty well balanced

Looks good. Maybe it will balance out a bit when you mount the esc. Besides, I think the ST-RR was designed to be a bit front heavy. This is why they lengthened it in the rear instead of the center or front.
Nice clean set-up though.
I've got a question for you guys who convert nitro to electric. Do you guys set up the system with brake drag as if running a brushed motor, or none? I'm wondering if a car would produce lower laptimes with brake drag.
Only update I've got is got my MMM ran it for like 3 minutes setting up steering and stop working. No go, no lights no Bec voltage. So I wait for a replacement.
Will post a thread when she's back up and runnin'
How's yours commin along cdis?

Had a few issues at the track which is why I didn't post. I forgot the wheel hubs that come with the kit are 14mm offset (7 each side). All my wheels are half " offset O_o.
It took breaking both front c-hubs for me to realize I didn't run the electric as its slightly heavier and I didn't think the C-hubs would last. I'm waiting on an order of no offset hubs so I can go try again :D
