I just got another 5 points-warning over at the Traxxas.com forums from "cooleocool" for typing "Hell". That's the most blankadyblankblank (don't need more trouble) thing I've heard of. I also got 10 points last spring for posting 2 non-Traxxas items among many TRX items in my ad so right now I'm up to 60%.

Just so you don't think I'm just ranting heres the post I placed and they edited. It's #13

http://monster.traxxas.com/showthread.php?t=436144

I had "Hell just add two more batteries and run them in parralel"

It's refreshing that I don't have to worry over here about getting 20 lashings for a word that could be used at the dinner table with a paster or anyones mom.

Don't lose sleep on that guy:). He's a moron. He edited a couple of my posts and closed the thread after telling him "I will not stoop down to your level" after having a disagreement with him.

However, I still have 0% warning .

Yeah, but UE servo saver am gay! (thats what I ment though, about UE copying the other designs, then traxxas copying the UE and proline design).

Any word that activates the profanity filter on the idiot forum will get you warning points, so its best to edit the post (30 minutes to do so).

Im currently on 88%....

Traxxas "Online Community" moderators = Forum Nazis

TBH, they have every right to be. If people don't like it, they will leave. Then, there will only be a bunch of 10 year olds posting asinine words like OMG, noob, lolz, and other drivel. Let cooleocool moderate that!

I got banned a couple years ago for calling one of the Mods knowledge out on the table (Razor, I believe). Asked him to back up his statements with facts, and he went over the edge.

I do find it amusing how many of the noobs thank cooleo for his help in the emaxx forum, yet he has a 7 year old truck running stock titans and stock everything else pretty much, all bar the radio and some rpm bulkbraces. How can you expect a forum to mature and move forwards when the guys running it are stuck in the past?...

It's already there. Most of the people are noobs that worship other noobs who constantly tear up their trucks. Then they wonder why the fail too by following these morons.

Really neil, I think you are just jealous of cooleo's truck because you know yours could never hang with it!

I do not try to get warning points but do not hold back either, so who knows.

I've ended up staying away from the TRX forums specifically for the lack of maturity of the members, whether mods or otherwise. I've also stayed away from URC lately too because it seems the only folks that post there are teenagers throwing their opinion in on every thread that pops up. Of course, everyone kissing Jang's ass for throwing a buggy body on a slash and making a video of it is a bit annoying too.

My primary 3 forums I read now are rctech.net, rccrawler.com and this one. Of course, I especially like the mods on here because some of them buy my old stuff.

the erevo esc is same emaxx junk, the motors are junk and the servos are junk with more torque and the TQ radio is junk. Sell it as a kit and stop messing around with 25,000 warranty claims for broken junk. Other than that and the lame chassis it looks cool

Warned By: Nitro Chicken
evx2 battery fryer and the 1 run smokin titans and the emaxx plastic gear servos sheesh. I hope they change that before it hits stores. Dont need 2 trucks with lemon parts.
