that looks good cajun. i like how everything is mad to have a spesific place. i beleve the "jonny go fast holes" will realy help the weight issue. also a single servo also. so when can we expect to see the pictures of the fans mounted? and are you planning to race at Monkey bottom, if you are the cajun i am thingkin of.

I am indeed that Cajun. I'm hoping to get to Monkey Bottom this summer, but unfortunatly, it's too far from here to race every weekend.

Thanks for the compliment, I'm going to add the holes next complete tear down. I'll put up some pics of the mounted fans later this week. I'm going to try to get it all together for vacation week after next. I want it and my E-Maxx up and running for the week while we have visitors in town to race here at the house on my homemade grass track. :D The single servo is coming as soon as the budget allows, I had a couple of Hitec MG645s on hand so I did swap those for the stockers.

Hey guys, been a while since I posted. I finally did the rebuild on my E-Revo and thought I'd post up some pics of the new/old set up....

I replaced the BEC with an RX battery and that really simplified the wiring harness
I used a Blue Groove conversion to replace some of my homemade aluminum brackets and mounts with carbon fiber mounts
RC-Monster motor mount
RC-Monster mod1 pinions
MaxAmps 4s 6000mah
1500mah RX hump pack
Wanderer 9XL
Mamba Max
RPM corners
Tony's Screws as always
new blingerific body
plus all the original mods from build V1.0

I also finally fixed all the problems that were incured when I decided to see what it would take to break it last spring. Surprisingly, it wasn't nearly as bad as I had originally thought. There was one slightly bent push rod and 6 or 7 rod ends that needed to be replaced. That's it.... I haven't weighed it yet, but V2.0 should be significantly lighter over the original as well. I dropped all the aluminum mounts as well as the wing and mount and went to the 4s instead of 14 subCs. Here's a few pics:

I'm not sure what shell that is, I got it on a Rustler roller I bought a while back. It was a little short, but chopped off it works....

I guess I've been out of the loop for a while, what's the burn with MaxAmps?

Oh, nothing new as such- we/I just hate them for being overpriced- they have new cells coming soon, but still too much $$$ compared to the likes of Enerland, or the Zippy cells that are very popular right now from hobbycity.com.
