Man I have bad luck with lipos. These where in my basement, my saltwater fish tank had an issue and drained about 40 gallons of saltwater on the floor where I had these lipos. It even bleached my brown carpet, probably from the acid. I'm lucky it didn't start a fire.
As you can see there is alot of corrosion on all the connectors even the balancer tap. Is there a way to clean this?
Were the entire battery got soaked in saltwater? You can use a solution of warm water and vinegar to get rid of that but personnaly, I'd send them to Lincpimp and have him do some repairs (change connector, wrap, check inside etc.).

Thats funny thats exactly what I was thinking. I already sent a PM asking him to check out this thread.
.. I don't know exactly how bad it got soaked, but I imagine it was like leaving them out in a rainstorm.. a rainstorm of saltwater.. ouch.
I hear coca cola will clean corrosion of battery terminials on cars. If you try it you should unsolder one of the wires from the dean plug and then soak the dean in a bit of cola. The taps might be a bit of a problem. Maybe try and use a stiff brush with some cola on it to clean them. Best thing would be to cut the wires back and install new deans.
Well, up until about 3 weeks ago I would have tool you to throw them away, but I now have more experience with submerged lipos. I built a waterproof truck, and in my testing subjected some lipos to alot of water, most of it salty. I will say that the shrink will have to come off, and the tabs will need to be checked and cleaned, requiring the cells to be dismantled. Best to replace the balance taps and wires as they will cause problems later on. The main wires will need to be changed and so will the deans plugs. I can do all of this, so just let me know if you want to send them to me.
HEY LINC BEING THAT YOU HAVE ALL THAT EXPERIENCE WITH LIPO WHAT THE CHANCES OF MAYBE HELPING ME OUT AND BUILD A PACKFOR ME????? OF COURSE PAYNG FOR THEM.....
