Can someone with an SC8 with the stock spur count the teeth? I'm trying to verify if the stock spur is in fact a 54 tooth.

Thank you.

Thats exactly why I need someone to physically count the teeth. The manual says it's a 54 tooth. I know it's not a 46 tooth.

Ok, thanks. Then they must put whatever spurs they want in any given kit. There's no way I had mine geared 13/46 on 5s with a 1515/1/Y/F and the motor never got over 110 degrees, when I try 13/48 in my D8 it goes to 190 in a hurry.

Anybody else with an SC8 feel like counting the spur gear teeth.

Thanks.

Ok, 46 tooth is confirmed. had the guy I sold mine to count the teeth and it's 46 tooth. So obviously the Medusa can't handle anywhere near what a NEU can handle.

NEU 2200kv geared 13/46 on 5s. Temp 110.
Medusa 2000kv geared 13/48 on 5s. Temp 190 quickly.
