I have a couple older blue annodized mounts that i never listed for sale(wasn't happy with the blue color) - 1/2 price if you are still in the market for one. :)

Thanks Mike, I already picked one up from someone else on here. I appreciate it though!

Mike, you otta have a "scratch and dent" section on the storefront with these types of items (as-is of course). Some of us modify things as necessary anyway, so some imperfections or "improper" colors may not matter.

True enough - I have thought about it a hundred times(and we have chatted about it on the phone) - i just haven't taken the time to do it!
I have "blems" on motor mounts and misc. battery trays new and old that have been shuffled around and even thrown out. I guess I just have been stubbornly refusing to intentionally sell off something that doesn't meet my standards - I usually end up using the blems on my own stuff, actually. :)

Just an idea... You could offer the "blems" to forum members only. Maybe a section on the forum, or in the store that requires login? We all know how good the "passed inspection by the monster" parts are, but as Brian says some special projects would be easier with rcm parts that could be modified to work...

Plus I hate to see good stuff throw away!

Too bad I am somewhat of a computer idiot, James(ironic considering I make my living on the internet). Your idea is good and probably possible, but my dumb ass would take a week to figure out how to do it. I will probably just make a thread in the general discussion forums - I have some nice RCs that i don't use and could stand to be without(and could use the space). :)

I'm sure a spot on the storefront could be linked to member login credentials. Just talk to your PHP/web guy. It should be easy to set up. This way, you aren't inundated with PMs/emails and members could just use the storefront shopping cart as usual.

You sound as bad as me Mike! I know just enough about computers to get in trouble...

A thread in the gerneral discussion section will be fine, as all of the regulars monitor the forum closely... I can imagine it will be like feeding time at the zoo when you do post up stuf!!!

I really need to order some stuff from you in the next few weeks. I have 5 or so dead trucks and they all need some sort of small specialty part that you have! I have been focusing on crawlers recently (yeah, I know, they are small and slow...) but I need to get my MT collection moving again.

Should I order a custom length dogbone from you, or go thru rcalloys? I can't remember if you still make em or not...

Thanks for the time, have a good weekend Mike!
