Added ESC current draw figures and BEC test data at the bottom of the original post. The ESC current draw figures are with no motor, just to test what it drew without a motor load.

people are falling over themselves to comment on your test, Brian. I love it. Next time you void take a pic and post it, should be good for 5 pages of praise! Seriously though, good information, definitely confirms lutach's bigger is better theory.

e-mike.

How do you like the 150a version? Smooth startup? Have you run it on 6S yet?

But that's just how big it is... LOL

I agree with Mike about this esc being smooth, and the comments about it probably being a good budget esc.... although being the size of a big mac.

Has anyone mounted one of these in a converted revo? I really need a budget ESC and this would be perfect, but size kills... I worry about flipping and having the body crush in only a few MM to smash the ESC... Anyway to shrink it down or to mount it on a side so I could keep it away from the top of the tranny? Thanks

Mine will be in a converted revo and will be sitting on top of the transmission most likely though. Unless I can find a new way to mount it...

How tall is the fan? Im really anxious to hear the temp difference between fan and no fan on it. And anyone think it could turn a 3000kv Mega 6pole motor?
