BK's address? - 05.11.2008, 03:36 PM

Anybody have BK's address? My 9920 fried and would like to see if they would repair it. Anyone have any experience with this? Am I just better off getting a new one? I googled BK but no luck.
Thanks.

Last time I sent my BK9920 in for repair, they charged me $100 for it. Took like a month to get it there and back too. Might as well buy a new Mamba Max, lest you need something for lots of cells. It fried again on me, so I'm just keeping it now. Not worth $100 for the repair again.

If you do get it repaired, let us know how much it cost. I'm curious to see if they've changed the price.

Just curious, were you trying to run it on 6s (or equivalent NiMH)? I've heard they are a little finnicky at that voltage, but run better on 5s.

I had a weard incounter with BK. I sent my 9920 to them and they sent it back. They did not tell me anything and dib not fix it. ????? I was told that they were very slow. That's why I was hoping someone in the states would be able to fix it.

My BK 9920 fried on 5s. I paid to ship it to BK, but they fixed it and sent it back at no charge. I think it took 2 months from the day I shipped it.

I actually was trying to wire a fan to it, and really screwed the wiring up and sent 16.8V through the signal wires. It was my fault the first time, but when I got it back and it fried again, I had no idea why it did it that time.
