Adding a Low ESR Capacitor to a Series Connector - 03.02.2009, 09:50 PM

I'm always looking for new ways to improve my E Revo.

The Capacitor used is a Low ESR 2700uf 25v version.

I decided to give the this a shot and see if it helps. (It surely can't hurt)

The heat shrink used is single wall with hot melt glue inside. I like the way it grips the connector AND the capacitor. It should be sturdy enough to survive.

It will mostly be used on 4S, but I have ran this cap on 6S with great results.

Cool, does it work ok. I always put capacitors as close to the esc as possible.

Yes it works ok. I tried it today. The Monster is smooth as butter anyways, so it's hard to tell any difference in that department.

I always go as close as I can too, but the only thing between this and the ESC is the 10Ga. wire, so it should help.
