Thanks for the kind words. I kinda feel bad, as this is the first issue I have had with USPS misplacing one of my packages. I did wait a few days before I made another pack for dirtdiver as well, just in case the PO found it. I guess it is gone, but hopefully it shows up and you have a matched pair!

That would be USPS' fault . They could learn a lesson too and make a better tracking system.

Linc, the guy at maxamps claims their lipo tabs are welded together. How do you get them apart? Besides just being the man?

Yes, he's the man. Bought a few motors from him and they were all in good condition. He's all over the web and beats me to some good deals on motors.

They are crimp/welded. Not really welded, but maybe crimped and some heat applied, kind of like resistance welding, no extra material introduced to complete the weld.

Hard to explain, but say you just have 2 cells, open them up so that the cells will lay flat and the tabs are in the middle, firmly grasp the tabs as they come out of the cell on both cells with both hands (one thumb and forefinger on each tab) and pull them apart. You may have to wiggle them a bit, but the little "welds" will pop easily. You may have to go back and forth between the 2 sets of tabs so that you do not tear one set while you are working on the other. Hope that makes sense...
