it's similar to running batteries in parallel. they are combining the separate rails.

since you only have one 12v rail, aka one source, it does not matter how much or how little wire you use, as there will be no performance difference.

also, consider if you drop your charger or powersupply. will it be easier for 2 wires to break, or for 2 sets of 3 wires braided together?

I would use at least a few wires. Possibly the two black and two yellows on that small connector with a a couple yellow and blacks from that big ass jumble on the left side.

If you use just 1 wire, I don't know if it will support the current, unless you open up the power supply and find the rail source and solder up some nice 14 or 12 gauge to that.

well i got it all setup. So will my HYPERION EOS0610I DUO II-DUAL PORT take it from here? I mean the 12v rail i am using is supposed to supply 22Amps. Will the Charger only use what it needs? I know very little about this charge, honestly its prob more then i need. I know it does 10AMPS is it 10amps each port? or is 5amps each port for a total of 10amps? I dont really understand what this charge is capable of i guess. HELP!

Current is pulled not pushed i always say. Your charger will only PULL as much as it needs, the powersupply wont stick 22 amps in it all the time. i would assume the charger is rated 10 amps overall however i am not familiar with it.
