how it's yours runtime at 6s with the neu??
many thanks!
Not real good. I only get around 10 mins. of flat out racing.
Here is the Capricorn Serpent 960 conversion finished.
I have absolutly no where to drive or race a car like that but damn i want one just to build thats a sharp kit. Hell I drive to vegas just to run it once.
It look nice, but unfortunately, that BATTERIES are no way NEAR to be about to run for more then 3 minutes...just the size of it, it looks way "too good to be true". I guess that is just a SAMPLE to show where the batteries suppose to go. If you look around all the forum...in order to power these 1/8th big boy, you need big batteries...
Eventually the power source of the 1/8th will be this small, probably year 2012...?
I saw some 3s 2550mah 40C lipos, to build 6s packs....460g in total, in order to run a 2200kv i dont know if it's enough.......but i will give a try.....cheap at hobbycity......
someone saw this 40C packs from Rhino???
now i am running 5s 5000mah 30C pack 720g, gearing is quite difficult on short track.......
RC8 MMM 2200kv 4s
Serpent 960 MMM 2650kv 4s
Serpent 835 MM Neu 1509 4s
For those who never saw my car in action.
I've been really slack with development, but have recently fitted it out with new batteries. It's now 6s 2600mah LiPo. This has considerably dropped the total weight and I look forward to seeing it in action again soon...
