My thoughts exactly... if they can do it with a beetle they can (and likely will, technology is seldom wasted) do it to you.

I don't think they're doing it for the purpose of amassing an army of controlled humans. I'd have thought that the technology could be used for those people who are paralysed, and the limbs could be controlled by a computer. It's only one step further to allow the circuitry to be controlled by the brain.

In my opinion it is only research, too many people are too paranoid.

In the beginning the Universe was created.
This has made a lot of people very angry and has been widely regarded as a bad move.

Yes your right, I would have to be loony to believe this was for a radio controlled army......but in the future I believe the technology will be there, and there will always be some one with to much money and an evil mind....Food for thought.

HAHAHA good one Neil!

Not a matter of paranoia, technology can be used for good or bad... but look at history, what did they do with atom-splitting technology... both.

i agree. the tecnology sould and probably will eventually be used for good, like handicaped people. But also, it could fall into the wrong hands and be used for bad.

Yeah, any good intentions will eventually be used by the wrong people for the wrong reasons. Things like this shouldn't even be allowed to be pursued. This is almost as unsafe as when somebody invented this metallic device that hurled projectiles at others using an explosive charge. You now how many of those have been used for evil? They should all be banned.
