First attempt? Blimey that's really good!

Here's my Ve8:

Specs:
Mamba Max Pro with Tekin T8 1400KV motor (3 extra 220uF 35V caps fitted)
Castle BEC Pro (cranked up to 9.6V output)
Neu Energy 6S 2500mAh 30C packs
MKS HV-380 servo (which can run on up to 12V for a transit time of 0.03s).
Spektrum DX3R.

Just need to get some body-off shots.

In the beginning the Universe was created.
This has made a lot of people very angry and has been widely regarded as a bad move.

Yup it sure was, previously he had been hand painting bodies so I found a used airbrush setup for him with compressor and even some paint and gave it to him and thats what he painted me as a Christmas present. It looks better than the pictures show too. He's doing a body for my truggy next.

I love the Duracell too, thats a great idea!

Thanks! Painted it myself.

The stock motor wires ALMOST reached, but I cut them much shorter so there wouldnt be too much slack from the wires that came with the esc (I had a spare MMM esc that came with ~3 inch wires with 6mm connectors pre-installed.) I soldered wire to wire.

My motor wires are full length how much would you suggest adding ?. I'm asking because i have'nt taken my motor out of my ERT yet to find out . I may just end up getting another system . so i dont want to cut any wires yet .

seriously only needed a half inch. If I would have propped my esc on a spacer or something, I wouldnt have needed any additional wire.

Cool I will make up 3 jumpers about 1 1/2 - 2 long with a new esc side plug on them, to have them ready for when i mount the motor . Then i will trim them to the proper length when i solder the wires together . Im bored & looking for something to do .
