Drive-train ?

Hey guys I need your help , I have an e-maxx build that I'm making into a 1/8 scale or little bigger, had the car pretty much done blew the diff so I was looking for a better drive train, to go with. I read the post about the Lst diffs but is there a better one and should I stay with the center E-maxx gear box ? One thing thou, I have the M.I.P. splines that i want to keep so I need the the drive -train to be 6mm outputs. Waiting to hear back from monster to see when the 1/8 output shafts are going to be coming back in stock and if there 1/8 Slipperential Center Diff would work with the output shafts. thanks for the help guys!

There are tons of threads here on RCM that talk about just that issue. First off the original 3906 EMaxx tranny with aluminum case, steel idlers, and metal gears holds up fairly well, but this link is for the newly released center diff/motor mount for the 3906 EMaxx and similar Maxx platforms, which eliminates the need for a tranny all together.

As for the splined axles they will never hold up under the brushless power for very long. Before too long they will twist on you. They look real pretty, but for strength you need solid axles for durability.
