Nice Buggy!! I have done the same conversion.
I also picked up a used roller on ebay. The diff gears were well worn, so I changed then out for hot bodies spiral diffs with hardened internals, WORK WELL direct dropin. You need to cut 4mm off the end of the pinion, so it goes all the way into the centre universals.

The next thing I did was add a second front brace, since I had to remove the z brace for the battery tray. Had to drill two holes in the chassis and counter sink them.
For the battery tray I used a RCM custom tray that fits Losi LIPO hard packs. I used am inset kit for the t-maxx transmission that full force rc makes to secure the tray with 6 screws. I only had to drill and counter sink 2 holes; the other 4 were stock holes. The brass inserts work awesome. I have used them on my t-maxx tranny in the past.

For an esc I am using a Tekin R1 Pro mounted to the centre diff top plate. I also mounted a 40mm 12v fan (HOOKED DIRECT TO THE LIPO – 14.8v) mounted to the screws holes for the old front brakes. I has to slightly “oval” the mounting holes on the fan to get the holes to line up, but very easy to do. The fan blows about 6cfm onto the solder post of the R1 Pro.
The motor that I am using is the castle-neu -2200kv. Geared 46/19.
Since the new diffs are 4.3 ratio I had to gear up…..
For the centre diff I am also using Hot bobies internals and the kyosho 46t plastic spur.
I also splurged and am using nova-rc aluminum diff cups on all 3 diffs.
Everything runs awesome and real cool.
I will post some pics tonight…..I know my words are worth a thousand pictures.
