What (Mugen) is this ?? -
05.11.2010, 10:29 AM
I bought something cheap off of eBay; an incomplete roller. He said it was a Mugen and I'm guessing it's an ancient one. Do you guys have any idea what this is?
It's completely apart since it used to be a nitro and I cleaned it.
Pics
Thanks guys!
ps. Will not post the pictures here since the forum doesn't handle large images as good and with low res you can't see what's on it.

Hot Bodies Lightning. I'm just going from the purple shock tower.

It looks like a GS Racing Storm to me...I have had three of them, and the front upper-arms and many other parts are identical to what I had.

Unfortunately it looks like Chadworkz was right, atleast the arms look identical:

EDIT: yep, it looks like two drops of water.

I have had three GS Storms (Kit, RTR, Pro), and they are awesome! They are bomb-proof, have a huge aftermarket, can be upgraded to pro specs with full carbon-fiber, titanium, and 7075 aluminum. They are great in nitro mode, but make even better brushless buggies. Mike makes a motor-mount and battery-tray, and you can get all other parts dirt-cheap.
trust me, Storms are excellent buggies!

Anytime, man...I love GS Storms! I actually have a few parts laying around, so I will try to find them and send them your way, free of charge.
