If this is true, then the seller "kpfj40" is the one who stole the pictures and used them for his listing on eBay. If the pictures are in fact yours, that means I have been screwed. Why don't you show me the original pics that you took, which will be bigger since eBay resizes them, and we can all look closely at them to see if the wrinkles match up. Also, I am pretty sure there are more than one white comforter, blanket, sheet in the world.

Chad, more power to you in posting Michael's pictures.

Lito, the pics I posted came directly from the eBay page where the item was listed, I did not post random pictures saying I won the item in them.

Again, post the two pictures "kpfj40" used in his auction to prove that they are in fact your pictures. And again, there are more than one white comforters in the world.

Chad - I also thought that Robin had SOLD the last VBS he had with the ti skids and 8 spyders about 2 - 3 months ago and he got ... $1200 I believe and he said that was his last like new set...
Sounds fishy to me... maybe you have a set of hardcore knuckles in that room too .... I know someone wanted them, but wasn't able to receive them .... hope the medical bills are all set now after the "lightning" purchase
|
So, every Lightning sold with no transmission mounts is not real, and is actually a chassis that belongs to Mike, and anyone who says they bought a chassis is lying about it and is using stolen pictures? Crazy!
The last time I spoke with Robin (not too long ago), he told me about the VBS I mentioned. If he has already sold it, oh well, I didn't have the money to buy it anyway.
Hardcore knuckles got shipped out along with everything else. If they didn't get them, I don't know why. PayPal refunded all money to the buyers who didn't receive their parts (3 out of 17 I think), and I am left without the parts and without the payments for them.

He used standard shipping, so no tracking number available.
If these guys think I got scammed (besides what it looks like, I do trust them all), then I am sure I did get scammed, so I will go ahead and start the process of getting my money back.

Thats tricky... I'd never accept less than priority with tracking for anything over $25 let alone $400....
Sounding fishy...

When you say 'standard shipping'... do you mean USPS? If so... the shipper/merchant still gets a 'Delivery Confirmation number' on their receipt... so send him a mail and ask for it.

I have emailed him now a couple times, no replies yet...

hmmm... for $416... I would like to know the movements of my purchase... keep sending mails... maybe you have to request when you send a parcel...
I assume there is always some sort of tracking for USPS to keep updates for themselves... or I may be wrong... but, for $416, I would have requested another
shipping service with insurance.

tricky situation. My advice...aka my rule of thumb, is to never deal with people with under 99% feedback. Hasent bitten me in the butt yet.
I hope you get your package and even if its the wrong picture, that he sends you a product of equivalent condition. Or.....paypal dispute and get your money back. Go read through the buyer protection policy and make sure you have your bases covered. That think has changed so much i don't know whats what anymore. Best of luck!

Thanks man, I will make sure to request it from now on, both when I buy and when I ship.
