It has been programmed but yes you will need to calibrate it to your radio.

If I remember right if you follow these steps you should be okay.

Set all of your radios trim to 0.

Turn on your radio and leave it on.

Plug in a battery to the ESC and while holding down the little red button on the side of the ESC turn on the ESC.

Hold this button until light starts blinking.

With radio in neutral hit the button once, motor should beep and light should blink.

With radio in full throttle hit the button again, same thing should happen.

Lastly place the radio at full reverse hit the button again. Same as last two should happen.

The ESC should be calibrated to the Radio at this point.

I'll find the PDF online when I get a second as well to help with this.

Sorry about this! Wish I had the instructions with the esc to give you with the Mini!

I also recommend this if you ever want to mess around with the settings, if you decide that mine were not to your liking. Makes it a lot easier to program.

ok i got it set now. no wonder i couldnt get it to work properly, in the instructions, it tells you to set the throttle channel to reverse (for some reason).
now it works fine after i did that hahah.

no worries reno911, i should have found the instructions online myself. what i did was google how to sinc/program turnigy esc. found brief instructions but still didnt help.

thanks again for the fantastic price for such a good condition and upgraded merv!
