haha wow guys. but then again, i loved my little nikko cars at the time. my very first rc car was i think a tyco or nikko revenge or something. at the time i wasn't old enough to read the name right. it was black with yellow suspinsion arms and bumper, little knoby tires, front (maybe rear too) shocks, and it transformed from a monster truck to a stadium truck. that thing was my favorite toy by far at the time. and it ran for a year or 2 before the motor had enough and finnally burned out (that shows you how much i played with that thing).

phil: i'll gladly join you when it's done! but i'm pretty sure we would have to go to that newly paved road close to ray childers elementary to get a long, smooth enough strait for it. after all, this thing had very hard tires, no shocks or anything to absorb a bump, and it's geared to go 90mph

servo, linkage, front wheels, and reciever in place with the stock cover:



EDIT: more done! battery tray modded to fit both batteries and mounted the antana

haha it's not going to be too bad on that car! lol

put in the gear ratios and all into the top speed calculator. i mite need to gear it down some more.....lol

yea. that's kinda my point with this project. just something crazy, cheap, and fun to do wile i wait forever for my charger and ESC to be repaired. and i found out that the ESC is backordered so who knows when thet will get here.....

RC Dude, do you know you can click "export" on the speed calculator, and a little window pops up that allows you to copy and paste the text into your reply here?

It's a little quicker/easier than taking a picture of your screen with a digital cam and posting that.
