Pics of my FLM Pede - 03.05.2006, 04:47 PM

I finally got my FLM Pede put together enough to snap some pics and run it a bit this afternoon. It's a lot of fun with the Feigao 8S on 6 - GP3300's. I can't wait try it out after I build my 9 cell IB3800 packs this week.

Evader Pro Hard Anodized

Next project is getting stiffer springs for them. The rear end sags too much on take off.

Yep, they are Komodos.

FWIW, I'm running 17:87 gearing and with only the 6 cells and tons of rear end squat it would pull rolling wheelies in short grass every once in a while. Through the GP3300 pack, the ESC and motor were both only mildly warm to the touch. I pretty only did speed runs through the whole pack, so I would have expected it be at its warmest with that kind of load on the motor/esc.

They are the standard width FLM arms. It's pretty stable at that width, especially with the extended chassis length.

NIce truck! I was looking on flm and when i saw that pede combo (being i dont like pede but i love aluminum) i wanted to build a pede because i already have a extra jr servo and 4 losi xxx-t shocks. What does that project cost you. I mean all the metal stuff(chassis arms gearbox ect..) not the shocks motor esc servo ect...
"cool truck nicest pede i ever saw"
