Video of my Savage X 1717 conversion - 03.12.2011, 10:42 PM

My friend and I did some bashing today with my Savage and his E-MAXX. I'm still learning how to drive the beast so be nice.

I had to swap the plastic spur for a steel spur after the stock spur melted. Now it's a little noisy. Other than that it runs good.

It's an animal for sure. I have the punch control at 60% and a 23T pinion gear and it still needs wings and landing gear.

The CC1518 was smoother and easier to drive.

At the end of the run the motor was not even warm to the touch. I may move up to a 25T pinion.
