Hey all picked up a Quark SSB Mk3 in a bunch of gear from someone getting out, it has the box, manual and programming card etc

When you go to start it up, it powers the receiver and servo fine, but no lights come on, no response when you go through the manual programming

It can power on the program card, but seems to stay on this one screen, you can't seem to scroll through and set up the options.

Any thoughts, or is it a really expensive paper weight?

Antique paper weight...

I haven't seen anyone running the SSB Mk3 version, everyone around here who owned a Quark had the 125b car/truck version which was even older- the SSB never really took off because it was insanely expensive and the ratings were no better than the older versions it replaced, plus you couldn't find anywhere selling it in an English speaking country..
