They are not, something is wrong here that is causing that. I am not saying that they never had or have any problems but to have this many failures in a row is saying something else.

I am using all lipos 5000mah 40C 2x3S
It is not always full throtlle to the end.

Well i do have another MXL V1 that is also with bec pro and it is working perfect also on 1520 motor.

Black 5b kit is also 1520 motor mxl with bec pro 5000mah 40C 2x3S lipos.

I will send this time to castle everything.. motor, bec and mxl.

But as i sad on my first chrome 5b kit all is good. Esc work perfect.

Ok so you are running a 1520 motor on 22.2 volts (6s)? If that is the case you are running a good amount more RPM than the 2028-8s setup. maybe it is possible that with such a long run time that you are letting the batts get to low on voltage causing the amperage to climb which in turn is doing harm to the ESC? What do you have your voltage cutoff on the ESC at?
1520=1600kv X 22.2v= 35,520 RPM
2028=780kv X 29.6v= 23,088 RPM

If possible can you post your Data log??

On all my CC esc i have LVC at 3,4V per cell.

Yes in both kits that got Mxl got also 1520 motor and on 6S with bec pro.
Thrid kit is got MMM, 1520 motor and on 6S. Working like a champ.
This black 5b kit is like cursed... just wont do more than 1 run.

Sorry but i got no saved data. I always clear the data base before new driving.
Will post data from my next drive but first rain needs to stop.

Jahay..if i ship to CC priority mail package comes faster.

If you ask for an advanced replacement Castle will take your credit card info and send you one before they receive your dead one... That makes it a fast turn around.

If I could only draw what I see in my head, then afford to build it, and finaly get to play with it...

What do you think on using a bec pro for the servo and fan's? Should I do that or is the V2 XL bec holding up?

Thanks.

I decided not to use the on-board BEC and run a separate LifePO4 pack and my ESC has been flawless.

That's what I was thinking too, I have a 2s Life from when it was gas. So when you remove the red wire just leave the pin intact but insulated so you can still connect it to Castle link correct?

I actually use a very 4" extension and take the red wire out of that so I can just unplug the ESC side and plug it into the link. That way the ESC wires are all always intact.

I use Bec pro with castle quick connect.
This way esc wire is never unpluged from receiver as CQC is got separet wire that u plug to Castle link! Very easy to use.
Red wire from ESC u leave it, but u unplug red wire on the quick connect and viola.
