Yes it's my lucky month!!!......not...... - 08.26.2011, 07:05 AM

Hello all,

I've bought a used Mamba Max ESC for my 1:10 project.
So as a little child ripped the box open and see the beauty
But too bad it's a beast, I am scammed!!!..... the ESC is not 100% stock

The previous owner has removed all ESC led.
The leads are also removed, but I know this (seen on the advertising pictures).

So my question is does it cover non warranty repair?

Thanks CC

Hi -- Yes, you can get that covered under non-warranty.

However, we don't build the Mamba Max anymore -- but you can get a Mamba Pro for non-warranty replacement.

Thanx!

Patrick

Is that a $50 non-replacement or an $80 non-warranty replacement?

See this thread for a different answer.

I was wanting to clarify, now that the MM is no more, if $80 is the new fee to replace a broken MM. If it is, so be it, but you can't blame a guy for trying.

Is there still email support from CC?
I've sent them a email, no response at all.
