UBEC question - 03.26.2006, 10:44 PM

I wired my ubec in and unfortunately I dont have a volt meter. Is there any other way to find out if the ubec is working??

Hook it to a receiver and servo and see if you can use the transmitter to move the servo. :)

Seriously, a voltmeter would be the easiest way and you'd also be able to find out what the exact output voltage is. Maybe take it to your LHS - someone there must have a meter...

YOu got a pic of it. I have the receivers with a light on it to. The receiver will tell you if you got power. What happens if you put a receiver pack on it instead.

Thanks coolhand, I do have a receiver that lights and it lights up when I plug it in. ( with everything else unplugged) :027:
